Booking Terms

These terms apply to the Curve Pose Click Portfolio Shoot on Sunday 20 September 2026. Please read them before you book. They are sent to you again with your booking confirmation.

1. Who you are contracting with
This agreement is between you and Ilori Streamline Ltd, trading as Ms Curvaceous UK, acting through its Ms Curvaceous Model Development division. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Ms Curvaceous Model Development.

2. What you are booking
A place at the Curve Pose Click Portfolio Shoot at Create Destroy Studios, Cooperage Yard, Sugar House Island, London E15 2QR, on Sunday 20 September 2026, between 12pm and 6pm, at a personal call time we confirm with you.

You book by the session. A session is either your agency digitals or one styled look, your choice, and you may mix them. One session is £80, two are £150 and three are £220. Look sessions are limited to twelve for the day. Digitals sessions are not limited.

A digitals session is six images, shot indoors, unretouched and unfiltered: a neutral headshot, a smiling headshot, a profile, three quarter length front, full length front and full length back.
A look session is one styled look, shot around Sugar House Island, full length and half length, with three professionally edited images.
Every booking includes your guidance pack, practice guidance built from the images you send us, and a live image review on the day with the agency owner or a professional model.

3. Payment
You pay in full when you book. Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal are available at checkout if you would prefer to spread the cost; those are agreements between you and that provider, and we are paid in full either way. Your place and your call time are confirmed once payment clears, and places are allocated first come, first served.

4. What costs extra
Only two things cost more than your session price, and only if you choose them:

A professional makeup artist for a styled look, £50 per face. This is paid with your booking, confirmed in the week before the day, and refunded in full if we cannot confirm one. Digitals are always shot with natural, self done makeup, and we show you how beforehand.
An additional session on the day, £70, if slots allow.
There is no booking fee, no edit fee, no date change fee and nothing to pay after the day.

5. Changing your mind, and cancellations
You have 48 hours from booking to change your mind, for any reason or none, and we will refund you in full. Tell us at info@mscurvaceous.com. After 48 hours your place is yours and the fee is not refundable, because the day has a fixed capacity and your place is held for you.

This is a single day at a single venue, so there are no date changes. If we cancel or move the day, clause 10 sets out what happens.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. If you do not come, or arrive late
Your place is held for you on a day with a fixed capacity, and once the 48 hours in clause 5 have passed we cannot resell it. So if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded, not transferred and not carried over to another day, and we cannot offer a replacement shoot.

If you arrive after your call time we will fit you in wherever we can, but we cannot hold up the bookings after yours. Your session will be shortened by the time lost rather than pushed back, and time lost that way is not refundable.

If something serious happens and you cannot make it, tell us as early as you can.

7. On the day
You must be 18 or over to book. Please bring what your guidance pack asks for, and follow the reasonable instructions of our team and the studio.

We may end a session without a refund if someone behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or discriminatory, or that stops other people getting the day they paid for. This is a room full of women building their confidence and we will protect that.

8. Getting your images
Your images are delivered once payment has cleared in full, including any makeup artist or additional session added on the day. We will tell you the delivery timescale on the day.

9. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with your booking or your payment, contact us first at info@mscurvaceous.com and give us a fair chance to put it right. Most things are fixed in one email.

You agree not to raise a card chargeback without doing that first, and not to dispute a charge you did in fact authorise. If a chargeback is raised, we will provide your booking record, your payment details and your acceptance of these terms to the bank or card provider. Where a chargeback is decided in our favour, we will recover the amount and any fees we are charged for it from you.

10. Things outside anyone's control
If we have to cancel or move the day for something outside our control, such as the venue becoming unavailable, severe weather or illness in the team, you choose between a full refund and a place on the replacement date. That is the limit of what we owe you: we cannot cover travel, accommodation or time booked off, so please do not book anything non-refundable around the day.

11. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering the sessions you booked to a professional standard. Our total liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, for work you did or did not get afterwards, or for anything you bring to the day and leave behind. Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Your images and how we may use them
The images from your sessions are yours to use however you like, including for agency submissions and paid work, with no further fee to us.

You give us permission to use images from the day to promote Ms Curvaceous UK, on our website, in print and on social media, without further payment. If you later want us to stop, email us and we will not use your images in new material from then on. Material already produced, printed, placed or scheduled is not affected.

13. This is Model Development, not the agency
Ms Curvaceous Model Development is the portfolio and training side of the business. It is not the booking agency, and this day is not an audition or an assessment.

Booking this shoot is not an application for representation by Ms Curvaceous Model Agency or by anyone else.
It does not guarantee you work, bookings, castings or representation, with us or with anyone else.
Nothing you buy here affects an application to the agency in either direction, and no application to the agency requires you to buy anything.
Applying to Ms Curvaceous Model Agency is free and always will be. Ask us and we will also tell you which other UK agencies are open to curve applications and how to submit to each one, free, whether or not you have ever booked with us.
14. These terms come first
Where anything in these terms conflicts with our general Model Development terms, or with any terms shown at checkout, these terms apply for this event. Everything not covered here is governed by our general Model Development terms.

15. Complaints, and the law that applies
If something is wrong, tell us on the day if you can, and email info@mscurvaceous.com either way. We would rather fix it than have you leave unhappy. These terms are governed by English law and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
